一种低镍锌白铜材料的研制
摘要
根据锌白铜材料的合金化原理
确定了一种低镍铅锌白铜BZn9-39-1.0合金的成分。经性能测定
研制出的BZn9-39-1.0低镍铅锌白铜为双相组织
颜色呈淡黄色。该合金不仅具有良好的冷、热加工性能及力学性能
而且具有优良的耐蚀性能及切削性能
能满足金属眼镜架对材料的要求
可用于常规眼镜型材生产。
Abstract
The chemical composition of low Ni-Pb-Zn white brass BZn9-39-1 alloy was determined according to the alloying principle of Zn white brass. The property measurement show that the BZn9-39-1 alloy has bi-phase structure and light yellow
exhibiting excellent cold-hot working performance and mechanical properties as well as desirable corrosion resistance and turning ability
which can be suitable for the production of conventional glass frame.
