并与MgCO3变质处理进行了对比。结果表明
随着脉冲电流峰值电压的增大
合金的凝固组织愈加细化
力学性能不断提高;当脉冲电流峰值电压达到2000V时
脉冲电流处理试样的抗拉强度比未处理试样提高了25%、伸长率提高了128%
比变质处理的抗拉强度提高了4%、伸长率提高了14%。
Abstract
The effects of different pulsed electric current peak values on solidification structure and mechanical properties of AZ91magnesium alloy have been investigated
which was compared with that of the alloy treated by MgCO3. The results show that with increasing the peak voltage of pulsed current
the solidification structure of the magnesium alloy can be greatly refined and the mechanical properties can be improved. With the peak voltage of 2000V
compared with the un-treated sample and with modified samples
the pulsed current treated samples can be increased by 25% and by 4% in tensile strength
