321/Qd370爆炸焊接前漩涡组织特征
摘要
利用金相显微镜及透射电子显微镜研究了321/Qd370爆炸焊接界面处前漩涡内的组织。结果表明
前漩涡是由0.1~1μm的等轴晶粒组成
晶粒内的组织为片状孪晶马氏体
前漩涡组织发生了马氏体相变。电子衍射及能谱分析表明
在前漩涡内靠近界面处碳化物为面心立方的Cr15.58Fe7.42C6相
前漩涡内靠近基板处有较多的100nm左右的含锰硅钛相
在该相内部有更细小的几纳米大小的等轴晶粒。同时观察到在细小的原奥氏体内片状马氏体可以互相平行排列。
Abstract
Microstructure of front swirl in 321/Qd370 explosive welded plate was observed by metallography and TEM (transmission electron microscopy). It is found that the microstructure in front swirl consists of equiaxed lamellar twin martensile phase grain with about 0.1~1 μm in size
revealing the phase transformation of martensite. Cr15.58Fe7.42C6 carbide with face-centered cubic structure can be observed in front swirl near interface while there exists major Mn-Si-Ti phase with about 100 nm in size and finer nanometer equaixed crystal in front swirl near matrix plate. In addition
it is observed that the lamellar twin martensites may be of parallel arrangement in the very fine austenite.
