在523K、573K和623K恒应力压缩条件下研究了LD7铝合金和原位自生15TiCP/LD7
20TiCp/LD7铝基复合材料的高温蠕变应力指数及其激活能。试验结果显示
在523K和573K复合材料的应力指数和表观激活能均高于LD7基体铝合金。TiC颗粒的存在
明显改善了LD7铝合金的高温蠕变性能。
Abstract
The creep behavior of LD7 aluminum alloy and in situ TiCp/LD7 aluminum matrix composites (15% and 20% volume fraction of TiC particles) was investigated under a condition of constant compressive stress at 523 K
573K and 623 K
respectively. The results have shown that both the stress exponent and the apparent activation energy of the composite materials were higher than these of LD7 aluminum alloy at 523 K and 573K
indicating that the existence of TiC particles significantly improves the high-temperature creep property of LD7-aluminum alloy.
