Abstract
Squeezing casting mould for the hammer head of hammer crusher was designed according to the structure of the hammer head and operating requirement combining with the features of high Mn steel.The special squeezing casting machine with maximum extruded force of 12 500 kN was adopted.Indirectional forming was adopted with horizontal mould-opening in the mould design
and butterfly spring and cylindrical spring were used to realize floating forming to fully utilize the ability of locking cylinder.In addition
the squeezing castings were pulled out by up-moving of bottom cylinder.
