锡锌合金水平连铸技术的探讨

对水平连铸技术进行了改进
以制取合金铸坯。从合金组成等方面对连铸线坯断裂和内裂纹的产生原因进行了分析
提出了相应的技术改进措施。研究表明
通过改进结晶器结构、加强冷却强度、改进牵引机构及控制熔液压头
并采用菜籽油做为润滑剂
可以得到质量稳定、优异的锡锌合金连铸线坯。并给出了连铸牵引机和保温连铸炉的主要技术参数。
Abstract
Improvement of horizontal continuous casting was performed to produce the Sn-Zn alloy ingot according to the characteristics of Sn-Zn alloy.The improved technical ways were conducted by analyzing origination of billet-broken and internal crack from the viewpoint of alloy composition.The Sn-Zn alloy billets with excellent and stable quality can be produced by modifying mould structure
strengthening cooling rate and improving drawing mechanism as well as controlling liquid head
and adopting the rapeseed oil as lubricant.The main technical parameters of pulling machine and holding furnace were provided.
