以及压铸过程中存在的问题。表明压铸铝铁合金的抗拉强度σb可达到242.3MPa
伸长率δ可达到2.7%
显微组织中存在尺寸小的短棒状相
而且压铸试棒组织呈圆环带状分布。
Abstract
Microstructure and properties of die casting Al-Fe alloy were investigated by SEM (scanning electron microscope) and mechanical property testing
and the problems existed in the die casting process were described. The tensile strength and elongation of the die acsting Al-Fe alloy can reach 242.3 MPa and 2.7%
respectively. There exists small short rod phase in the microstructure
and the ring and strip-like microstructure is distributed in the die casting rod.
