Abstract
The high Mn steel sieve plate was successfully manufactured by lost foam casting
whose compositions meet the requirements of the Chinese Standard G/T5680-1998.The service life of the sieve plate can be improved by three to four times due to the substitution of ZGMn13-Cr2 for ZGMn13.Meanwhile
the production rate is greatly increased and the hot crack and cold crack in the sieve plate is eliminated by means of lost foam cating.The sieve plate has the higher quality with water cooling treatment.
