分别在固液两相区580℃和600℃、620℃对晶粒细化AZ91D镁合金坯料进行等温部分重熔
利用光学显微镜
研究了加热温度对坯料部分重熔组织的影响。结果表明
加热温度越高
坯料重熔速度越快
重熔后晶粒越细小。组织演变机理分析表明
提高加热温度
加快液相形成速度对晶粒合并长大具有一定的抑制作用
有利于细化部分重熔晶粒组织。
Abstract
The effects of heating temperature on the microstructure of grain-refined AZ91D magnesium alloy billets heated at 580
600 and 620 ℃ have been observed by optical microscope.The results indicate that the higher the heating temperature is
the faster the remelting rate of the billets is and the finer the grain size is.The improvement of heating temperature can promote the remelting rate and restrain the coalescence of grains to a certain extent
which is helpful to refining the grain size in partial remelting structure.
