镁合金报废产品的回收处理是镁合金绿色材料生命链中的重要环节
但是由于镁合金报废产品表面涂层性质稳定、附着力强、不容易去除
所以报废产品回收困难
目前国内外对镁合金废料回收处理大多停留在回收压铸过程中产生的废料阶段。通过与深圳富士康公司合作
共同研究报废镁合金笔记本电脑外壳回收处理工艺
采用化学溶液处理
快速有效地去除镁合金笔记本电脑外壳表面的有机涂层
从而提高镁合金笔记本电脑外壳的回收熔炼质量
使之能够再次循环使用
这将有利于我国加快推进节约型社会建设
促进经济社会全面协调可持续发展。
Abstract
The recycling of the scraped magnesium alloy products is one of the key links in the lifetime of magnesium as green materials.But most kinds of the coatings stably adhere the housings of magnesium alloy products
and make them hard to strip off
so it is difficult to recycle the scraped magnesium alloy products.As a result
most of the domestic and foreign industries can only recycle the excess magnesium alloys generated during the molding process.In this paper
we do some research on the recycling of magnesium alloy housings of notebook computers with the cooperation of Foxconn in Shenzhen
and strip off the paint of magnesium alloy housings of notebook computers efficiently and effectively by a kind of chemical solution
and promote the quality of the magnesium alloys melted from recycled housings of notebook computers.
