不同倾斜板凹槽半径条件下的亚共晶高铬铸铁组织
摘要
采用自制的倾斜板制备了亚共晶高铬铸铁半固态浆料
通过观察倾斜板凹槽半径为100mm和400mm两种条件下形成的先共晶奥氏体的形貌
就倾斜板凹槽半径对先共晶奥氏体的影响进行了初步探讨。结果表明
凹槽半径为400mm与凹槽半径为100mm时相比
先共晶奥氏体颗粒的平均形状系数增加
圆整度明显提高
平均等效直径减小
固相率略有增加
获得了具有非枝晶奥氏体的亚共晶高铬铸铁。
Abstract
Effects of slope plate flute radius on the appearance of pre-eutectic austenite in the semi-solid slurries of hypoeutectic high chromium cast iron prepared by self-developed slope plate with 100 mm and 400 mm flute radius have been observed.It is found that
compared with that of pre-eutectic austenite in the slurry prepared by slope plate with 100 mm flute radius
the average shape coefficient and roundness are obviously improved and average equivalent diameter is decreased with somewhat increasing in solid fraction of it prepared in the condition of 400 flue radius
obtaining the hypoeutectic high Cr cast iron with non-dendrite austenite.
