磁场对ZL104合金液固相线温度的影响
摘要
研究了磁场对ZL104合金液、固相线温度的影响。通过试验确定了ZL104合金铸件液、固相线温度
并进行了对比。结果表明
无磁场作用时
ZL104合金的液、固相线温度及结晶温度区间分别为602、570、32℃;磁感应强度为44mT时
分别为603、572、31℃;磁感应强度为391mT时
分别为609、582、27℃
即磁场感应的作用使得ZL104铝合金液、固相线温度均升高
结晶间隔减小
而且磁感应强度越大
变化越显著。
Abstract
The effects of electromagnetic field on soli-dus-liquidus temperature of ZL104 alloy have been examined
and the solidus-liquidus temperature of aluminum alloy castings was comparatively measured.The results reveal that both silidus temperature and liqui-dus temperature can be obviously increased
and narrowed the crystal zone with increasing in electromagnetic field.
