铸造ZA27合金的盐类复合变质研究

研究了影响ZA27合金盐类复合变质效果的工艺参数
并在生产条件下进行了试验。结果表明
在保证较高抗拉强度的前提下
Ti+B复合盐能显著提高ZA27合金的伸长率
当复合盐加入量为0.3%时
ZA27合金的伸长率达到16%以上
显示Ti+B复合盐变质是一种有效的变质剂
生产条件下ZA27合金的各项力学性能达到锡青铜滑动摩擦耐磨件的性能水平。
Abstract
The processing parameters of salt-composites modification on ZA27 alloy have been determined
which was verified by practical product. The results indicate that the Ti+B mixed modification can remarkably improve the elongation of ZA27 under the condition of non-deteriorating tensile strength
which is a effective modifier. The production verifies that the mechanical properties of ZA27 alloy can approach to that of the bronze parts.
