对铝合金挤压铸件典型缺陷的主要特征、成因等进行了分析,提出了针对性的预防和控制措施:在设计铸造工艺方案和模具时尽量做到由铸件远端向内浇口方向、由关键部位向非关键部位的顺序凝固;严格控制金属液的精炼和除气,避免保温时过多吸氢;尽量使用较慢的充型速度,保证金属液平稳充型,抑制卷气的发生;选用接近共晶成分的合金,调整主要合金元素的含量,在生产过程中监控合金液成分的变化;在保证组织致密度的情况下,尽量使用较低的挤压压力;对保温炉内合金液的保温时间进行严格规定,定期对保温炉进行完全清理。
Prevention and elimination ways of typical defects in squeezed aluminum alloy castings were approached by analyzing the origination and features of the defects.Sequential solidification of liquid metal from far-end to ingate and from key location to non-key location should be ensured as possible in design of squeezing casting and mould.The refinery and degassing of liquid metal should be strictly controlled to avoid the excessive hydrogen-absorption in holding.Slowly filling velocity should be adopted as possible to ensure the smooth filling of liquid metal and to restrain air-entrapped.The near eutectic alloy should be selected in squeezing casting process.The lower squeezing forces should be adopted as possible under the condition of ensuring sound microstructure.The holding time of liquid metal in holding furnace should be strictly controlled,and so on.
