研究了不同内浇口速度、内浇口形状对超低速ADC12铝合金压铸件性能的影响规律
探讨了不同内浇口速度和尺寸对铸件微观组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明
各种超低速压铸工艺条件下铸件的密度都比普通压铸要高;在超低速试验条件下
内浇口截面尺寸越大
对铸件性能影响越大;不同内浇口尺寸对应有最佳内浇口速度
在试验的3种内浇口条件下
最佳内浇口速度均低于0.6m/s;在最佳内浇口速度时
铸件的α相和共晶硅相尺寸都比较细小。
Abstract
Effects of SSS die casting processing parameters on properties of ADC12 aluminum alloy castings were examined by a standard tensile testing specimen with different ingate configurations. Microstructure of the alloy castings was observed by optical microscope (OM)
SEM(scanning electron microscope)
X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy spectrum. The results reveal that densities of all SSS die castings are superior to that of conventional die castings. The larger the ingate cross section is
the more effects on properties of the casting is in process of SSS die casting. There exists a optimum ingate speed under a specific ingate configuration and size
and the optimum ingate speed in three kinds of ingate configuration are less than 0.6m/s. Desirable primary α phase and eutectic Si phase can be obtained at the optimum ingate speed.
