1.1 and 1.4) on the morphology of Fe phase and mechanical properties of ZL102 alloy with 1.2% Fe content were investigated. The results show that iron phase with coarse needle-like shape in the microstructure is observed
and it is converted into Chinese script with Mn addition. Furthermore
the Chinese script iron phase in the microstructure is increased and the needle-like iron phase is decreased and refined with raising Mn via Fe ratio. However
the mechanical properties of the alloy are deteriorated with the increase of Mn via Fe ratio as a result of increasing in Fe phase in the alloy. Meanwhile
both tensile strength and elongation of alloy exhibit the tendency of first rise then decrease with w(Mn)/w(Fe) ratio increasing. The optimized values of tensile strength and elongation
