摘要

在生产过程中

严格执行工艺规程、遵循操作指导书是提高精铸件一次合格率的重要保证。与此同时

把握住每个操作"细节"

有助于过程品质控制的成功。提出一些工艺细节的改进措施

如采用模头带内浇道、排气模头、滤网模头、粘结蜡组树、液体蜡改糊状蜡、一次成形、免洗脱模剂等

目的是使铸件品质改善、生产效益提高

也是对熔模铸造工艺的完善及补充。

Abstract

It is very important to increase first-qualified rate of investment castings by strictly running processing principle and operation guide annual. Meanwhile

it is helpful for quality control by controlling key points in investment casting. Some experiences in sol silicate investment castings were described to improve quality and efficiency.
