摘要

介绍了重庆压铸行业的现状,阐述了重庆压铸行业的发展前景与对策。2007年,重庆压铸机数量超过1050台,压铸件产量愈32万t,与沪浙苏地区、广东地区一道列为国内三甲。随着摩托车、汽车及通用汽油机等行业的发展,重庆的压铸行业将继续以较高速度的态势发展。在激烈的竞争时期,产品更新换代相当快,压铸企业应建立产品研发中心,适应市场的需要;生产装备及技术必须再上新台阶;建立完善的质量保证体系,提高管理水平;节能降耗、增加效益;控制企业环境污染;加强原、辅材料生产的质量检验和控制;强化模具制造技术及能力。

Abstract

The present status,future and developing strategy of die casting industry in Chongqing were surveyed.There were die casting machine more than 1050 with the production volume of die castings more than 320 000 tons in 2007.The die casting industry in Chongqing will be increasingly developed with a higher velocity with the development of motorcycle,automobile and communication industry.Die casting enterprises should build R&D center to meet the demand from the market.In addition,the enterprises should establish quality control system and improve the management level,and so on.
