系统地介绍了目前TiB2的合成体系及相应的TiB2/Cu复合材料制备方法。同时
简要总结了颗粒强化铜基复合材料的强化机理和导电模型
以及近些年来部分原位形成TiB2/Cu复合材料的性能研究状况。
Abstract
The synthesized system of TiB2 particles and TiB2/Cu composites fabrication process were described. The strengthening mechanism and electric conduction model of particle reinforced copper matrix composites as well as properties of TiB2/Cu composites fabricated by in-situ synthesization were surveyed.
