通过对生产中5182合金Mg偏析层缺陷的分析,确定了Mg偏析层缺陷的影响因素,以及控制Mg偏析层厚度的措施。通过采用双排水孔的LHC结晶器,改善冷却强度,铸造开始阶段,冷却水流量为98m3/h,运行阶段线性增加到239m3/h,保证冷却水流量与铸造速度的匹配性,金属液面高度控制在40mm,Mg偏析层厚度有效控制在1.5~2.0mm范围内。
The factors influencing Mg segregation layer thickness and ways controlling Mg segregation layer thickness were described by analyzing origination of Mg segregation in 5182 Al-Mg alloy.Mg segregation layer thickness can be controlled in 1.52 mm by adopting LHC mould with double-water-exhausted pore to enhance the cooling rate and cooling water volume at 98 m3/h at initial stage and increasing linearly 239 m3/h at working stage to ensure the match of cooling rate with drawing velocity as well as controlling height of liquid metal at 40mm.
