研究了如何运用虚拟现实技术
快速、准确、交互地设计挤压铸造模具。利用3DS Max和Cult 3D
实现了铝合金ZF80-50机座挤压铸造模具拆装及开、合模、卸料等过程的运动仿真设计
完成了模具干涉性检测
并且动态地展示其工作原理以及各零件的装配关系。
Abstract
How to use virtual reality technology to design the squeezing casting mould quickly
accurately and interactively was expounded.The visualization of disassembling
assembling
mould-opening
mould-closing and mould-unloading of squeezing casting mould for ZF80-50 aluminum alloy stand was conducted by means of 3D Max and Cult 3D
and the detection of the mould interference was completed.Furthermore
the running principle and assembling relation among parts were demonstrated dynamically.The virtual reality design can optimize the mould structure and shorten the designing period as well as improving reliability of design.
