Hypereutectic Al-30Si alloy semi-solid slurry was prepared by low superheat pouring with weak intensity electromagnetic stirring. Effects of pouring temperature
stirring power and time on micro-hardness
wear resistance and thermal stability of samples were analyzed. The results indicate that compared with those of slurry prepared by conventional casting
comprehensive properties of Al-30Si slurry prepared by low superheat pouring with weak intensity electromagnetic stirring are obviously improved
