ZnO对重力SHS陶瓷复合钢管组织和性能的影响
摘要
研究了ZnO作为添加剂对陶瓷层结构和性能的影响
并和加了4%的SiO2+4%的CaF2添加剂的情况作了对比。显微结构分析结果表明
添加了ZnO后
陶瓷层由排列的枝状晶转变为小粒径的等轴晶结构。在加入ZnO后
陶瓷层的密度和复合管的抗压强度都有所提高
其中加入质量分数为6%的ZnO时
分别达到4.520g/cm3和406MPa
各项指标都优于添加4%的SiO2+4%的CaF2制备的复合管。
Abstract
Effects of ZnO as additive on structure and properties of ceramic layer were investigated
and were compared with those of compound pipe with adding 4%SiO2+4%CaF2. The results indicate that the structure of ceramic layer is converted from arranged dendrite into fine equiaxed crystal and the density of ceramic layer as well as compressive strength of compound pipe are improved with ZnO addition. The density of ceramic layer and compressive strength of compound pipe are 4.520 g/cm3 and 406 MPa
respectively
with 6%ZnO addition
which are greatly superior to that of compound pipe with 4%SiO2 +4%CaF2 addition.
