铝合金轮毂低压铸造模具温度场的数值分析
摘要
利用ANSYS软件对铝合金轮毂低压铸造凝固过程的模具温度场进行有限元模拟
发现模具温度和铸件温度分布不均匀。采用离散型腔典型截面的分析方法
快速确定型腔温度过高位置
在此基础上提出了3种优化方案
并分别对它们进行了模拟分析。结果表明
开设冷却管道、调整侧模厚度、降低侧模温度都可以减小孤岛效应
其中降低侧模温度的效果最为理想
基本上可以完全消除孤岛。改进后的方案投入试生产
试验结果与模拟结果相符。
Abstract
Heterogeneous distribution of temperature field in mould and in wheel can be visualized by simulating temperature field of aluminum alloy wheel in low pressure casting using the ANSYS software.High temperature location in cavity can be examined by meshing the representative section of the cavity.Based on mentioned analysis
three kinds of optimized design were conducted and simulated.The results indicate that setting cooling channel and adjusting side-mould thickness as well as decreasing side-mould temperature
in which isolated island effects can be totally eliminated by decreasing side-mould temperature
can effectively eliminate isolated island effects.The practical production is well in agreement with simulated ones.
