Abstract
Design of mould for EPC gray cast iron sleeve was described based on Pro/E software. According to structure of gray cast iron sleeve and features of EPC mould
insert structure was adopted in which dovetail slot was set between movable block and frame-orientation as well as guiding structure. Practical production verifies that mould design and product efficiency can be greatly improved by aid of the Pro/E software. In addition
the EPC mould exhibits the advantages of convenient operation
