时效处理对真空增压铸造A357合金组织和性能的影响

通过力学性能测定和金相显微组织观察
对真空增压铸造A357合金的时效处理工艺进行了研究。结果表明
该合金较为理想的时效处理工艺为170℃×2h+185℃×1h的双级时效工艺。在此工艺下
合金组织中有细小、弥散、均匀的时效强化相
而这种形式的时效强化相对合金的性能提高极为有利。此时合金的抗拉强度能达到345MPa以上
伸长率达到7.0%以上
硬度(HB)达到105以上。
Abstract
Effects of aging treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of A357 aluminum alloy by vacuum pressurized castings were investigated by tensile testing and OM(optical microscope).The results reveal that tensile strength
elongation and hardness of the alloy with aging at 170 ℃ for 2h followed by 185 ℃ for 1h reach 345 MPa
7.0% and 105HBS
respectively
as a result of generation of uniformly dispersed fine aging strengthening phase enhancing the mechanical properties of the alloy.
