Abstract
Design of monitor and controller for die casting machine was proposed based on the DSP to improve control system performance of die casting machine and to relief labor intensity of worker as well as raising product quality and efficiency. Based on TMSS320F2812DSP core
the monitor and controller extend peripherally storage module
communication module
analogue input/output module and human-machine interface to fully utilize powerful computing capability
which exhibits the desirable availability of real time detecting die processing parameters and real-time controlling die casting process.
