为研制压铸内冷活塞,在普通盐芯生产的基础上,开发了陶瓷型盐芯。通过采用陶瓷添加剂、多重造粒及新型焙烧等技术,结合陶瓷型盐芯成型模具及加工刀具的研究,使陶瓷型盐芯达到高强度(94.4MPa)、高密度(2.25g/cm3)、低线膨胀系数(在20~400℃下42.8×10-6/℃),满足了活塞的耐压要求和内冷油腔铸造的目的。
Ceramic-salt core was developed for die casting piston with cooling gallery on the basis of common salt core,in which the ceramic additive,multipile granulation and new baking were adopted. And mould for ceramic-salt core as well as machining tools was considered. The ceramic-salt core is characterized by high strength ( 94.4 MPa),high density (2.25 g/cm3) and low linear expansibility (42.8×10-6/℃ at 20~400 ℃),meeting requirements of pressure and inner cooling gallery for piston.
