讨论流场与温度场分布对铸坯品质的影响。同时研究了浸入水口浸入深度与拉坯速度对其形态的影响
结果发现
由于模截面上两个回流以及向下出孔的存在
不同于两孔水口
形成两个先期凝固点和三个后期凝固点
为优化结晶器内钢液流场
优化浇注参数设计提供理论依据。
Abstract
An mathematical model for nozzle with three ports in continuous casting thin slab was established by coupling thermo-flow method based on mass equation
movement equation and energy equation of liquid steel in mould to simulate velocity field and temperature field in liquid steel. The main features of flow field and temperature field in nozzle with three ports during continuous casting were described to analyze effects on quality of billet. Meanwhile
the effects of immersing depth of nozzle and casting speed on the meniscus shape of liquid steel were understood to optimize flow field and pouring parameters of liquid steel in mould.
