我国精铸行业环保治理与节能降耗的现状与对策
摘要
对精铸行业的环保和能源消耗现状进行了分析
并提出了对策。为减少生产过程有害物的排放
可以采用水处理设备、型壳回收再生设备、水幕除尘设备以及改用电加热焙烧炉。对节能降耗的方向进行了论述
比如改造炉型、改变加热能源、提高炉子的保温效果等
另外
选用低电耗的中频感应炉、选择中频炉的最佳容量
也有显著的节能效果。
Abstract
Present status on environmental protection and energy-saving in Chinese investment casting industry was described
and the countermeasures were presented.Some measures
including water-treatment equipment
shell-mold recycled equipment
water-curtain equipment for dust removal as well as electric heating baking furnace
were used to reduce emission during production.The developing tendency on energy-saving in Chinese investment casting industry was expounded
such as upgrading of baking furnace configuration
adjustment of heating ways
improvement of holding temperature for furnace body.In addition
it is an acceptable choice for employing main frequency induction electric furnace
selecting the optimized volume as well as operating on-furnace.
