采用晶间腐蚀和应力腐蚀的试验方法
研究了Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金中添加Er后的抗晶间腐蚀和应力腐蚀性能
利用金相显微镜和扫描电镜观察了合金的显微组织。结果表明
微量的Er可以明显改善合金的抗晶间腐蚀和应力腐蚀性能
但是
当Er含量达到0.4%时
耐蚀性能反而会有所下降。
Abstract
Intergranular corrosion and stress corrosion cracking resistance of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy with trace Er addition were examined by means of stress corrosion cracking and intergranular corrosion testing from GB-T7998-2005 and HB5254-83
and microstructure of the alloy was observed by OM (optical microscope) and SEM (scanning electron microscope). The results indicate that trace Er addition can greatly improve intergranular corrosion and stress corrosion cracking resistance of the alloy
however
with more than 0.4% Er addition
stress corrosion cracking resistance will be descended.
