铝合金夹杂物的电化学表征
摘要
采用添加铝屑的方法增加铝熔体中的夹杂物
对夹杂物的形态进行了金相观察
并测试了材料的塔菲尔曲线、线性极化电阻Rp
得出合金的自腐蚀电位Ek、自腐蚀电流Icoor。试验结果表明
试验材料的塔菲尔曲线随着铝屑的增加
逐渐右移
线性极化电阻由大变小
自腐蚀电位逐渐向负方向移动
自腐蚀电流变大。根据材料的电化学性能随着夹杂物含量的规律性变化
建立了夹杂物含量对电化学参数的回归模型
并提出了用电化学参数来表征Al中的夹杂物的新方法。
Abstract
The morphology of inclusion that was increased with adding aluminum scrap in aluminum melt was observed by OM (optical microscope)
and the Tafel curves and the linear polarization resistance were measured to obtain the corrosion potential and corrosion current. The results indicate that
with the increase of aluminum scrap
the Tafel curves moves towards right
and the linear polarization resistance is decreased
and the corrosion potential moves towards negative as well as increasing in corrosion current. The regression model for describing relationship between inclusion content and electrochemical parameters was established based on the linear change of electrochemical properties with inclusion variation
meanwhile
the new way on electrochemical parameters characterizing inclusion in aluminum melt was proposed.
