单管强冷制备半固态A356铝合金浆料工艺的优化

通过温度场与速度场的耦合
对单管强冷制备半固态A356铝合金浆料的工艺进行模拟
采用的冷却水流量分别为25、50、75mL/s。模拟得到的优化工艺参数是:冷却水流量为50mL/s
出口铝合金的温度约为600℃
出口水的温度约为25℃。用上述工艺参数进行验证
验证结果与模拟结果一致。
Abstract
Numerical simulation of preparation processing of semi-solid A356 aluminum alloy slurry was conducted by the ProCAST software with cooling water volume of 25

in which temperature field coupling with velocity field was taken into account.The desirable semi-solid A356 aluminum alloy slurry can be prepared successfully with cooling water at 50 mL/s and outlet temperature of aluminum alloy at 600 ℃ as well as outlet temperature of water at 25 ℃.The experimental results are well in agreement with that of simulated ones.
