摘要
研究了Nd对AZ31镁合金微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明
Nd的加入使AZ31合金组织中出现了颗粒状和针状的Al2Nd和Mg12Nd化合物
且高熔点的Al2Nd在合金凝固过程中首先析出;随着温度的降低
完全离异共晶化合物Mg12Nd相析出;Nd含量为0.6%时合金的平均晶粒尺寸由68μm降至29μm
合金的铸态抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率最高
分别为245MPa、171MPa和9%。
Abstract
Effects of Nd addition on microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy were investigated by SEM(scanning electron microscope)and EDS(energy dispersive spectrum).The results show that particle or acicular Al2Nd and Mg12Nd phase can be observed in AZ31 magnesium alloy with Nd addition.Al2Nd phase is prior to precipitating from the AZ31 magnesium alloy during solidification.With decreasing in temperature
divorced eutectoid Mg12Nd phase is precipitated
which results in the refinement of grain size in microstructure.The average grain size in alloy can be refined from 68μm to 29μm
