多功能铝合金反重力铸造装备的研制

为提高生产铝合金铸件的反重力铸造装备的实用性
减少重复投资
研制了多功能铝合金铸件反重力铸造装备。该装备主体采用上下罐结构
控制系统使用模糊化处理的积分分离PID算法作为控制方案
数字组合调节阀作为气路系统的执行机构。控制系统与装备主体相结合
可以实现低压铸造、差压铸造和调压铸造3种反重力铸造方法
提高了反重力铸造设备的实用性。
Abstract
In order to improve the performance operation for various aluminum castings
a multi-functional counter-gravity casting device for aluminum alloy was developed. Key structure of the device consists of two sealed-in jar
i. e. the upper jar and the nether one
in which fuzzy algorithm treated integral-separated PID is taken as control project of the control system
and combined valve controlled by digital signal is adopted as the executive unites of the pneumatic system. Three counter-gravity castings methods including low-pressure casting
differential-pressure casting and vacuum-assisted pressure casting can be accomplished by combining the control system with the main body of equipment
improving the practicability of the counter-gravity casting equipment.
