但也不能忽略
而采用将浇口直接开在热节处的多浇道方案
虽然工艺出品率有所下降
但却能有效地解决由热节处产生的缩松、缩孔等铸造缺陷。
Abstract
Some kinds of gating systems were designed to produce a ring-thin-walled parts. Hot spot formed at congregation between rib and wall can obviously affect the shrinkage porosity (hole) defects in the ring-thin-walled parts. The shrinkage porosity (hole) defects in the castings can be obviously eliminated by multi-gating sketch with directly setting runner on the hot spot position
