旋转喷吹氩气的除气效果明显优于熔剂处理;旋转喷吹氩气后
不论是砂型还是金属型
铸件针孔度都可达到一级。
Abstract
Flux and Revolving Spraying Ar were used to remove dissolved hydrogen in the molten ZL101 respectively.The content of hydrogen in the molten aluminum were measured in order to compare the two different refining processes. Primary aluminum molten and refined aluminum molten by the aforementioned two processes were fabricated to samples adopting sand casting as well as permanent mould casting.Then all the samples were assessed the porosity degree. The degassing experiment shows that Revolving Spraying Ar are more effective in lowering the hydrogen content. And after Revolving Spraying Ar
the first-degree porosity can be obtained by both sand casting and permanent mould casting.
