真空实型铸造涂料中黄麻纤维对透气性的影响
摘要
通过测试不同黄麻纤维含量的涂料在100~800℃的透气性
研究了黄麻纤维对真空实型铸造涂料透气性的影响。发现加入0.2%和0.5%黄麻纤维时
涂料透气性在400~600℃之间快速上升
600℃以后分别稳定在5.8~6.3和9.8~10.6cm4.g-1.min-1。结果表明
真空实型铸造涂料的透气性可通过黄麻纤维的含量调节。

Effects of the jute fiber on the permeability of coating for vacuum-expandable pattern casting were examined by measuring permeability of the coating with different jute fiber content at 100

the permeability of coating is raised sharply at 400
