介绍了节能、环保和减排设备在精铸生产中的应用

重点对废水处理再利用设备、砂回收设备

以及水浴除尘设备的特点进行了阐述。对节能降耗产品中的硅碳棒电阻炉

转窑式焙烧炉进行了说明

生产实践表明

它具有良好的节能效果。

Abstract

Application of energy-saving

environmental-protection and exhausting-reduction equipment in investment casting was described. Features of waste-water treatment cyclic utilization equipment

sand reclaimed equipment and water-bathing duty-removal equipment were expounded emphatically. Energy-saving products

such as electric resistant furnace with SiC rod

rotary stove smelting furnace

were introduced. The practical production verified that these equipment exhibited desirable energy-saving effects.
