研究了低频交变磁场及细化剂对工业纯铝熔铸过程中铸态组织的影响。结果表明
低频交变磁场可以通过改变熔铸过程中工业纯铝熔体的流动状态进而改变缩孔位置和铸锭表面质量
并显著细化晶粒。在低频交变磁场及无磁场条件下
随着细化剂加入量的增多
铸锭晶粒尺寸均变细;在相同细化剂加入量条件下
低频磁场作用下铸锭晶粒尺寸明显小于无磁场时的铸锭晶粒尺寸。
Abstract
Effects of grain refiner addition and alternative low frequency electromagnetic field on grain size in mold casting commercial aluminum have been investigated. The results show that shrinkage porosity and surface quality of the mold casting aluminum ingot can be greatly improved as a result of changing flow morphology of aluminum melt by alternative low frequency electromagnetic field
meanwhile
grain size in the ingot is remarkably refined. With increasing in grain refiner addition
the grain size in the mold casting aluminum ingot is decreased under the condition of alternative low frequency electromagnetic field or without electromagnetic field. At a given grain refiner addition
the grain size in the ingot with alternative low frequency electromagnetic field is much smaller than that without electromagnetic field.
