PLC在差压铸造设备气路控制系统中的应用
摘要
研究了差压铸造气路控制系统的结构
设计了一套减压差压法下的差压铸造气路控制系统。在此基础上
采用三菱FX3U系列PLC可编程逻辑控制器完成对气路系统的自动化控制
并阐述了控制方案
同时根据气路系统的控制要求和特点
确定了PLC的输入输出分配
设计出梯形图。PLC程序主体部分利用步进指令实现对各工艺阶段的逐步控制
提高了系统运行的稳定性。
Abstract
A pneumatic control system for differential-pressure casting equipment has been designed by analyzing structure of pneumatic control system.According to mentioned results
the Mitsubishi FX3U PLC was adopted to realize the automation of pneumatic control system
and the control system scheme was described.Meanwhile
according to the requirements and characteristics of pneumatic control system
the attribution of PLC’s I/O was confirmed
and the ladder diagram was designed.The main body of the PLC program utilizes stepping instruction to control every processing stages
