摘要
采用控制浇注温度制备半固态ZL101合金
研究了不同的浇注温度对铸造显微组织的影响。结果表明
在680℃浇注时
形成粗大的枝晶组织;在625℃浇注时
获得的显微组织有部分枝晶存在;在615℃浇注时
可获得均匀、近球形的理想的半固态非枝晶组织;而在605℃浇注时
会形成较大晶粒的非枝晶组织。另外
探讨了非枝晶组织的形成机理。
Abstract
Effects of pouring temperature on non-dendrite structure in as-cast microstructure of semi-solid ZL101 alloy were observed
which was prepared by controlling pouring method.The results reveal that coarse dendritic structure is observed with pouring at 680℃
and partly dendritic structure exists in the microstructure of the alloy with pouring at 625℃
and uniformly spheroidized non-dendrite structure can be obtained in the microstructure of the semi-solid ZL101 alloy with pouring at 615℃
while non-dendrite structure with large grain size can be created in the microstructure at 605℃.In addition
formation mechanism of non-dendrite structure in the microstructure of the semi-solid ZL101 alloy was approached.
