采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜和压缩试验等手段
研究了不同条件下AlxCoCrCuFeNi多主元高熵合金的组织与力学性能。结果表明
铸态合金为典型的树枝晶组织
枝晶间存在明显的Cu富集;随着Al含量的增多
FCC相含量减少
BCC相含量增多
从而导致AlxCoCrCuFeNi具有较高的屈服强度
而且塑性应变量超过5.8%。
Abstract
Effects of Al content on microstructure and mechanical properties of AlxCoCrCuFeNi multi-element high entropy alloy were investigated by XRD(X-ray diffraction)
SEM(scanning electron microscope)and compressive testing.The results verify that microstructure of the as-cast alloy exhibits typically dendrite in which there exists distinctly Cu-enrichment.With increasing in Al content
FCC content is decreased and BCC phase content is increased
which results in the high yield strength and plastic strain more than 5.8% in AlCoCrCuFeNi alloy.
