摘要

对精密铸造工艺生产中所用的模具的表面质量、硬度、成本和寿命进行分析

优选了一种表面处理方法应用于生产中的模具。通过试验找到了模具表面质量和模具寿命之间的关系

并分析了生产过程中模具的表面变化对模具制造精度和模具寿命的影响。
