采用Procast软件对铝合金压铸模具的温度场及热应力场进行了数值模拟
选取了实际生产中容易出现裂纹的部位进行了模拟分析
得出了此区域在不同压铸工艺条件下热应力的变化情况。结果表明
浇注温度越高
模具易出现裂纹部位的表层热应力越大。另外
模具的预热温度越高
模具表层的温度梯度越小
产生的热应力也越小。
Abstract
Numerical simulation of temperature field and thermal stress field in die casting die for Al alloy wheel was performed by the Procast software in practical product.The position often encountered in crack in practical aluminum alloy wheel was simulated by the software to obtain different variation of thermal stress field with different processing parameters.The optimized processing parameters were presented.The results show that with increasing in pouring temperature
surface thermal stress in crack position at the die is increased.However
with increasing in pre-heating temperature of the die and decreasing in temperature gradient in the die surface
