直接烧结法制备Al3Ti粉末及反应机理的研究
摘要
以商业化的Ti、Al粉末为原料
研究了利用直接烧结法制备较纯的Al3Ti粉末的摩尔比和温度。结果表明
直接烧结法所需的Ti、Al摩尔比为1∶2.5
而理论摩尔比1∶3。由此可以断定
利用直接烧结反应合成Al3Ti颗粒时内部可能存在有"Ti核"。借助SEM观察及EDS分析表明
破碎后的Al3Ti相内部存在有Ti相。
Abstract
Taking commercial Ti and Al powders as reactants
Al3Ti powders were fabricated by sintering directly. Meanwhile
effects of Ti/Al molar ratio and sintering temperature on fabrication of pure Al3Ti powder were investigated. The results reveal that finer Al3Ti powder can be prepared with a higher Al/Ti molar ratio of 1∶2.5 by sintering directly compared with the theoretical value of 1∶3
so it is concluded that there exists Ti nucleus in Al3Ti powder prepared by sintering directly. The SEM observation and EDS analysis verify the presence of Ti nucleus in the Al3Ti particle.
