Al对Ni-CCNTs/Mg复合材料高温力学性能的影响
摘要
采用搅拌铸造法制备了化学包覆Ni-CCNTs/Mg复合材料。测试了铸态条件下复合材料的高温力学性能
并对微观组织进行了观测和分析。试验结果表明
Al的加入能显著提高复合材料的高温性能。当Al含量为8%时
复合材料高温抗拉强度达到最大值152.3MPa
相对于原始试样(未加Al的试样
抗拉强度为57.7MPa)提高了164.2%;随着Al含量增加
金属间化合物Mg17Al12相的数量增多
并变得更加连续
与此同时晶粒明显变细。
Abstract
Ni-coated carbon nano-tubes (Ni-CCNTs)/Mg-Al-Zn composites were fabricated by stirring casting method. High temperature mechanical properties of the composites were tested and microstructure was observed by means of OM (optical microscope). The results show that with Al addition
the high temperature mechanical properties of the composites can be significantly improved. With 8% Al addition
high temperature tensile strength of the composites reaches maximum value of 152MPa
compared with that of matrix samples
increased by 166.7%. In addition
with increasing in Al addition
intermetallic compound Mg17Al12 phase is increased with more continuous distribution
resulting in the great refinement of grain size.
