摘要

根据物料平衡方程、能量守恒方程、动量方程建立熔炼炉内熔炼过程中熔体温度的数学模型;以能量平衡测试中得到的数据为边界条件

通过重油燃烧过程的概率密度函数（PDF）仿真提供相关信息

运用Fluent6.3流体力学软件

对熔炼过程铝合金熔体温度场进行数值模拟

模拟结果与实际情况相符。

Abstract

According to the equation of materiel balancing

conversation of energy and momentum

the smelting temperature model during aluminum melting process have been proposed.By determining the boundary condition from the data for testing conversation of energy on the basis of the PDF（possible density function）and using hydrodynamics software Fluent 6.3

numerical simulation of the temperature field during aluminum melting process have been conducted.The simulated results are well in agreement with the practical ones.
