试验研究了一种新型半固态浆料制备方法——Sin函数冷却法。结果表明
当低过热2A12铝合金熔液流经正弦波形装置时
熔液受到型壁激冷形核
同时液流受到正弦波形约束发生强烈搅拌
最终得到了圆整均匀的半固态铝合金组织。

Preparation of semi-solid 2A12 aluminum was carried out by a novel method-sine function cooling method.The semi-solid microstructure with spheroidized structure of the alloy can be obtained
