摘要

利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对CPC高速钢轧辊连续铸造温度场进行数值模拟。通过优化设计运算

得到能够满足熔合条件的加热设备的功率等参数。模拟结果表明

外层金属的凝固顺序是由下至上、由内层和外部同时向中心凝固的;辊芯熔合界面附近的外层金属先后经历了凝固、熔化、再凝固的过程。

Abstract

Based on the ANSYS software

the temperature field in CPC high-speed steel roller in continuous casting was simulated. The power of heating equipment and other parameters that could meet the requirements of fusion were determined by the optimum design. The simulated results reveal that solidification sequence of outer cladding metal shows from bottom to top and from inner-outer layer to central position. Outer cladding metal nearby the fusion interface of roll mandrel experienced the process of solidification-fusion-re-solidification.
